Chris

Chris has been playing guitar for over 30 years.
In true classic rock fashion, he picked up the guitar at an early age without knowing a lick. He then proceeded to drive his parents and two older sisters out of their minds while blasting his amp throughout the walls of their little Wheatridge, Colorado home where he grew up. Now residing in Broomfield, CO, he continues that same tradition by driving his wonderful wife Marie to the brink of madness by playing mindless scales over and over again from his basement studio. Throughout the years, he spent most of his musical life studying as much theory his feeble mind could handle and looking for other musicians that just wanted to play good music and have tons of fun doing it. In addition, he has acted as a studio musician for various local projects and continues to do so as the requests come along. While he will always hunger for the good old days of classic rock and the brilliant solos that go with it, his musical passion is directed towards playing for the one who gave him the ability from the start. Chris has spent the last 20 years playing for various churches around the Denver area including, Calvary Temple, Church in the City, Jubilee Fellowship Church and most recently, Flatirons Community Church. Whether performing with the salty old dogs of “Wink” at a small venue, or with others at a place of worship, one thing will always remain,,,,a strong faith and a heart full of thanks to the awesome God that allowed him to play in the first place.
